About Aldo

Allow me to introduce myself… My name is Aldo José Puccini, and I want to help make your design dreams a reality.

But before that can happen, let me tell you a little more about myself. I grew up in crazy Los Angeles with my South American family, and am the youngest of 4 children. At a very young age, I had an interest in many different genres of art. I studied fine arts, piano, voice, and dance throughout my childhood and into adulthood. Throughout my life, I’ve worked on several renovation projects alongside my brother, who with a strong background in construction and carpentry, gave me the foundation for a well-rounded skillset. Having had a history in theatre, film, and music, I have also dabbled in art direction and set design for several indie music artists in the Los Angeles area.

My love of turning houses into homes runs deep as I grew up in a neglected home that oftentimes felt as though was crumbling all around me. My parents worked tirelessly to keep a roof over our heads, (a leaky one at that!) but they just couldn’t keep up with the demands of a deteriorating house. The state of it all challenged me to take matters into my own hands, as I knew that I could transform our house into the home it deserved to be. Though the work I did was not easy, it was within that process that I found a drive, a passion, and my talent to turn bitter lemons into sweet lemonade in any situation.

As a young adult I attended Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle Washington, and later on received my Associate of Science in Architectural Drafting and Design from Glendale Community College. I learned many skills of the trade through my studies and life experiences, and I am ready to bring my expertise to your project, so let’s work together to make that happen!

As a Los Angeles native and lover of history, my strengths lie in the restoration and preservation process- a rarity in a city that has little to no reverence for its architectural past. I have a passion for demonstrating my innate ability to create something beautiful out of the forgotten, neglected, and unexpected.

The hidden potential of your project is waiting to be uncovered. Allow me as a #Spacemaker …to combine my love of the arts and design, so that I can offer professional services to those seeking creative solutions for their space. Whether it's redecorating your living room, restoring the charm of your vintage home, or even art directing your latest music video, #AldoArt will exceed your expectations and imagination.

If any of this resonates with you, then #AldoArt is here to bring your design needs to life.

What is a #Spacemaker ?

A #Spacemaker is a term I coined for myself. Inspired by the 90’s pencil case of my youth, a #Spacemaker is organized and creates flow. The ultimate goal of my work as a #Spacemaker …is to create unique spaces that meet the design solutions for you and your project.
